Covenant3 is a satirical concept created for Deceit, an art project about the patterns of manipulation in institutional technology. There is no real church product behind this page. Nothing entered on this site — signup, checkout, or the chat widget — is stored or sent anywhere outside this browser tab.

Members sign a digital covenant promising to "submit to leadership," "give faithfully," and "not speak against the church." violations are logged. violations trigger "pastoral conversations." jake built this because he believes "covenants are sacred." jake didn't read the covenant carefully. jake wrote the covenant. jake wrote it from a template he found online. the template was from a church that was sued. jake doesn't know. jake forgot to check. jake is sincere. jake is building legal traps and calling them "covenants."
